We apologise for the ongoing problems there have been this week with downloading books from dawsonera. We have recently received the following update:
“We have temporarily disabled the download functionality on dawsonera, while we continue to work with our technical teams and Adobe to resolve the issue. Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to provide a timescale for a resolution, but can assure customers that as soon as updates are available they will be shared.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding in this matter.”
