Biography

I'm a dynamic entrepreneur, educator and industry thought leader who brings extensive real-world experience into the classroom. As an alumna of London College of Fashion, I combine academic rigour with practical insights gained from over 15 years in entertainment marketing and more than a decade in fashion design, retail and management.

As co-founder and Managing & Creative Director of Prim & Clover, whose entrepreneurial journey has been featured in Forbes, Metro, Evening Standard and Elite Business Magazine, I've been invited to 10 Downing Street by the Small Business Minister and to Buckingham Palace for a reception hosted by HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh, celebrating innovation in fashion enterprise. I pioneered 'bridal tech' by creating an industry-first e-commerce platform that redefined how wedding dresses were designed and purchased online. Under my leadership, the company earned numerous accolades, including a shortlisting for Virgin Media's VOOM Award and the FedEx Small Business Grant, runner-up status for the Centre for Fashion Enterprise Fash/Tech Pioneer endowment, and selection for the Small Biz 100 (2016). Prim & Clover participated in leading accelerator programmes, including CFE Pioneer, Echo Plus Fashion++ and Plexal's Female Founders in Tech.

As Course Leader for MA Fashion Entrepreneurship & Innovation, I draw on my extensive industry network and start-up expertise to prepare students for careers at the intersection of fashion, business and technology. As an accredited coach and experienced lecturer in enterprise, I specialise in brand strategy, product commercialisation, consumer insights, trend forecasting and omnichannel communications. I speak at education and industry conferences and events, sharing my expertise on entrepreneurship, leadership and business innovation.

I'm committed to mentoring and coaching the next generation of creative entrepreneurs, equipping them with the strategic thinking, creative vision and practical skills needed to launch and scale successful ventures in today's rapidly evolving landscape.
