Samantha Elliott

Biography

Samantha Elliott is associate dean of student journey across Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon, she leads a varied portfolio linked to student experience including surveys, student voice, professional practice, enterprise, progression and attainment , emerging technologies and academic support. She has experience of teaching at leadership level previously holding the role of Course leader for the BA (hons) textiles course at Chelsea college, and assoc course leader of the BA Fashion course at Kingston University, external examiner and visiting lecturer at Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art in London. She has extensive experience in knitted fashion, having run an international accessories label and worked with both up and coming designers and long established brands to realise knitted garments for catwalk and production. In her previous role as director of learning and teaching she had a focus on assessment and lifelong learning, and continues to presented at conference, she is a published academic and author in the area of fashion and textiles.
