Dr Nina Trivedi

Biography

I am a lecturer, writer & curator. I am a Lecturer in Design: Race & Intercultural Studies. I was most recently Resident in Critical Practice at the Royal Academy of Arts and I also completed a research residency with the Decolonising Arts Institute, UAL. I co-organise a group called Transgressing Silences that offers Black and POC Design students a safe crit space/ workshops. My research areas include: intersections of Design and Race, New Materialisms, Critical re-appraisals of Art History, video installation, equity & inclusion in Art & Design, Robotics, Race & AI, and fandom as methodology.
