- Director for Science Programmes at the University of the Arts London, leading the science portfolio within the Fashion Business School and overseeing research-led curriculum development.
- Overseeing the development of multiple new academic programmes, including MSc Cosmetic Science (integrated masters) (2017), BSc Psychology of Fashion (2018), MSc Cosmetic Enterprise and Innovation (2024) and BSc (Hons) Cosmetic Science (2025)/
- Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) in recognition of sustained leadership and impact in higher education teaching and curriculum development.
