Biography

Steph is the Course Leader for PgCert and MA Creative Education at UAL. In this role she leads on the design, development, and delivery of the courses, with oversight of teaching, learning and assessment to support participant success. She also supports the UAL Professional Recognition Programme as a mentor and reviewer.

Steph holds a PhD in Film Studies (University of East Anglia) and Advance HE Principal Fellowship. She has over 10 years’ experience in educational development work and previously led the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice and Certificate in Learning and Teaching courses at Queen Mary University of London for six years, where she led institutional curriculum initiatives to enhance assessment, graduate attributes and sustainability. She has expertise and research interests in curriculum design approaches, employability in HE, digital learning and educator development.
