Biography

Biography

Shani-Louise is an experienced Associate Lecturer, currently leading the Inclusive Practices unit at UAL. In 2020 Shani-Louise was awarded her Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Since 2013 she has developed a focus on equality, diversity and inclusion by working across a range of academic contexts, to empower students from underrepresented backgrounds with a desire to explore their creative practice and achieve success as they define it.
