Jamie Gill is a business leader, advisor and entrepreneur operating across the global fashion and luxury sectors. With a multidisciplinary background spanning architecture, finance and executive leadership, he brings a commercially driven approach to innovation, growth and strategy. Starting his career at Deloitte in advisory and transaction services, alongside roles in investment and entrepreneurship, he has gone on to shape strategy and talent across the British fashion industry.
Gill is the founder of The Outsiders Perspective, a talent acquisition organisation dedicated to increasing representation of the global customer across fashion, beauty and luxury, working with leading global brands and industry partners. The Outsiders Perspective has placed highly skilled diverse candidates from alternate industries into leading brand partners including Chanel, Burberry, Lululemon, and Harrods. Jamie established his namesake consultancy business, a strategic advisory practice supporting businesses in achieving sustainable growth, including high-level work on international fashion infrastructure and investment strategy.
Previously, Gill was Chief Executive of luxury womenswear brand ROKSANDA, where he transformed the business into a profitable, internationally scaled brand, overseeing growth, investment and sustainability strategy.
He serves as a Non-Executive Board Member of the British Fashion Council, where he has played a key role in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion, including co-delivering an industry-first UK Fashion DEI Report in collaboration with McKinsey.
