For: Students aged 16+

Libraries are more than just books! Are you interested in art or university life? Do you like helping people find what they are looking for? Are you keen to know more about how we look after and search for information, online and in books?

In this work experience programme, you can spend a week helping UAL Library staff with a range of library activities. This could include visiting the archives, helping with collection items or working with library staff on our information desks. Watch the following video to find out more!

Welcome to Library Services at UAL

At UAL we have six libraries - one at each College. Hear all about our Library Services at UAL.

If you don’t get your first choice of UAL Library sites, we may still be able to place you at another.

Check out the Library Services Welcome page and learn more about our amazing collections and the services we offer at UAL.

You could also visit one of our libraries to have a look around in advance. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Book online.
