Alumni of Colour Association
Join the UAL Alumni of Colour Association; a supportive community that works to increase the visibility of people of colour in the creative industries.
We are interested in the work of UAL alumni around the theme of diaspora.
Are you living in a home away from home, or are part of a diasporic community, searching for familiarity and belonging through notions of nostalgia, imagination or history? Or based in your home country trying to bring global attention to global issues to spread awareness and reflection?
The exhibition is open to anyone who relates to the idea of Diaspora. Through this project, we aim to enhance the visibility of Pakistani UAL alumni artists in the UK. However, we also hope to showcase as diverse an idea of Diaspora as possible, so encourage works from all backgrounds and nationalities.
We will accept completed works ready for display.
We welcome applications from all graduates of any UAL College, as well as current students in their final year of study.
The exhibition will be digital, and shown at a Central London location.
