Our Women+ in Leadership programme delivers events and opportunities throughout the year.
Join a network of likeminded students, graduates and industry to celebrate female+ successes and feel empowered to break through the glass ceiling.
UAL's Women+ In Leadership programme aims to:
- identify and address the barriers that women face accessing leadership positions in the creative and cultural industries
- inspire and empower UAL students and graduates who identify as women to prepare for leadership positions
- address the double barrier of the gender glass ceiling and racial discrimination
- create a mutually supportive network of stakeholders who identify as female.
We do this through an inspiring programme of industry-led events and opportunities throughout the academic year.
Applications for our Women+ of Colour – live brief 2022 programme are now open. Read our case study with UAL graduate Zahraa Karim to find out how she benefitted from taking part in our live brief earlier this year.
