I am an extensive traveller, which informs my work in trend forecasting by looking at the world around us. It is the experiential and how we share those experiences that help me and my clients communicate fashion.
I have shared my global vision with international brands in fashion, beauty and lifestyle, taught in international universities and given seminars for chambers of commerce.
I am a strong advocate for diversity and changing cultures. I have always been interested in theatre, film and performance for many years and am now also using my communication skills in these areas as both a performer and deviser.
Fashion Communication revolves around people. The cool stand-offish fashionista – is not me. I embrace whoever and whatever challenges comes along and try to share this to anyone I work with or teach.
Fashion education has inspired me over the years because of the changing nature of students, combined with the ever-adjusting pedagogical arena in which we work. This is a true observation of the changing society we live in and its relation to the fashion industry.
We’re all wearing clothes (for now) so let’s share it.
