Welcome to IT Services
IT is a vital tool for study and at UAL we provide state-of-the-art computers in all our teaching and learning environments. Check out the video above to find out more about IT Services.
Logging in for the first time
When you’ve accepted your offer at the University, you’ll have access to your UAL email account within 72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Your username and temporary password are found in your Offer Letter (International applicants) or Information Pack (Home/EU applicants).
Step 1. Please change your password immediately by logging into the Password Self Service (PSS) with your username and temporary password.
Step 2. Once you have completed your password change, you will be able to access your UAL email via Office 365. Log in for the first time using your username and chosen password. You will see your UAL email address by clicking on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You’ll also have access to Moodle, UAL’s virtual learning environment.
After you're fully enrolled
24 hours after enrolling you’ll have access to the UAL network and other computer services including MyArts, the intranet and e-resources. You'll use the same username and password for all UAL systems and applications.

When your course finishes
Your UAL account, including your email address, will expire 150 days after your course finishes.
MyUAL - the student app
eduroam allows network login and Internet access at any eduroam-enabled site using your own username and password - without the need for guest account set up.
You can change your password yourself at any time using Password Self Service. Forgotten passwords can also be reset here. You will need to answer some security questions.
