There are 244 ensuite bedrooms available exclusively for UAL students and each flat cluster is shared between 5-7 students. Each room has its own telephone point and data point. Each flat shares a large, well-equipped kitchen/dining room.


The site is a short bus ride from the creative hub of Shoreditch and Silicon Roundabout at Old Street and is home to a multitude of interesting shops and cafes.

Aldgate East tube station is a five minute walk away, and provides easy access to Central London, with the average journey time to Oxford Circus of only 20 minutes.

Prices and sizes

Please note that standard tenancies at Don Gratton House are for 42 weeks and that these prices are for the new academic year beginning in September 2018. 

Standard rooms are £195 per week, £8,190 in total. Rooms are around 12 m2 and have single beds.
