Cordwainers Court is made up of single bedrooms divided into self-contained flats of four bedrooms. Residents share a kitchen, shower room and two toilets.

There are 103 single bedrooms available for UAL students and each flat cluster is shared between 4 students.

Location

Cordwainers Court is located in Hackney, East London. It is 1 minute from the London College of Fashion Mare Street campus and also close to the Golden Lane site.

It is a diverse area, with plenty of supermarkets and local shops. It is also within easy reach of Hoxton, Islington and Shoreditch, where there are many popular bars, restaurant and shops.

Prices and sizes

Please note that standard tenancies at Cordwainers Court are 42 weeks and that these prices are for the academic year beginning in September 2017.

Standard rooms (shared bathroom) are £148 per week, £6,216 in total. These rooms are approximately 12 m2.
