Highline Building is a brand new development exclusive for UAL students, a short walk from London's Southbank, perfect for students looking for an independent living experience.

About Highline Building

Perfectly located less than a five minute walk from London College of Communication and at the heart of the ever growing and developing Elephant and Castle. 

There are 217 ensuite bedrooms available for UAL students and each flat cluster will be shared between 6-10 students.

Location

Elephant and Castle is quickly becoming a dynamic part of the city and is walking distance from London’s Southbank. 

You will also be a short walk from Elephant & Castle Underground and Overground stations meaning you will be a 20 minute journey to central London.

Prices and sizes

Please note that standard tenancies at the Highline Building are for 51 weeks, and that these prices are for the academic year beginning in September 2016. All bedrooms include ensuite facilities.

  • Standard rooms are £177 per week, £9,027 in total. These rooms are approximately 13 m2 and have 3/4 size beds.
  • Standard mobility adaptable rooms are £177 per week, £9,027 in total. These rooms are approximately 13 m2 and have 3/4 size beds.
  • Studio mobility adaptable rooms are £226 per week, £11,526 in total. These rooms are approximately 25 m2 and have double beds.

Information for students with disabilities 

Highline Building has the following features for disabled students: 

  • purpose built adapted studios and standard rooms with wheelchair access, and adapted kitchens
  • flashing alarm beacons available in one mobility adaptable room and disabled toilet.
  • accessible toilets located in the common rooms and main reception, equipped with emergency cords
  • wheelchair access into the building including lift access to all floors
  • portable "Deafgard" alarm units for hearing impaired residents.
