Join this lunchtime session where you can learn techniques for managing stress and wellbeing. UAL students only.

Please use your UAL email address to sign up for this event. We cannot guarantee a place at the workshop if you use another email.

A lunchtime session to share experiences with other students, think about exhaustion and inspiration, balance and learn useful strategies to improve wellbeing and manage stress.

This online information session will be facilitated by a member of UAL's Counselling, Health and Chaplaincy Service. We aim to create a safe and supportive space.
