Overview

Thinking Learning is a monthly 'lunch and learn' session exploring different aspects of teaching and learning in Art and Design Higher Education. Each month, a different guest speaker will present about a different topic. The sessions are designed to introduce pedagogical practices and support colleagues' continuing professional development.

The sessions are targeted at colleagues working towards Advance HE fellowship (e.g. AFHEA, FHEA and SFHEA) and are mapped against Advance HE's Professional Standards Framework. However, all colleagues - whatever your role or level of experience - are welcome to join.

Spring term session dates

If you sign up, you will receive an invitation to all three Spring term sessions. You don't have to attend them all - just decline the invitation for the sessions you can't join.

Who Should Attend

• UAL colleagues working towards any level of Advance HE fellowship (e.g. AFHEA, FHEA, SFHEA, PFHEA)
• UAL colleagues undertaking PgCert or MA Academic Practice.
• UAL colleagues who are interested in learning more about teaching and learning in Art and Design Higher Education.

Please only register for yourself, if you wish to share with others please refer them to the event listing. Please note that this is for UAL Staff only. Only some of our events are open to students and/or people from outside UAL. Please check the 'Who Should Attend' section above to make sure you are eligible.
