Student Career One-to-Ones

This one-to-one service is exclusively for current UAL BA, Grad Dip, MA, PhD students, and UAL alumni who graduated more than 5 years ago.

If you want advice on how to make your CV stand out, need support finding paid opportunities, or you're wondering how you can turn your passion project into a business, come and talk with us.

Student Career one-to-ones are 20 minutes long, they take place Monday to Thursday during term time from 10 am – 1 pm via Blackboard Collaborate. Booking is essential - see all current bookable slots below

We release our availability a week in advance. On Monday's our appointments for the following week will appear online.

Our one-to-one service is in high demand and we try to speak with as many students as possible. With this in mind, please access our online resources before booking a one-to-one. We host lots of information and tips, and we cover a lot of frequently asked questions.

Please limit your booking to no more than one 20-minute session in a 1 month period.

If you have an urgent query or if there are any barriers to your participation in this event, please email careers-support@arts.ac.uk as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to talk with you. You will be asked to tell us about any access requirements you would benefit from in our booking form for this event, but feel free to email us if preferred.

For graduates up to 5-years after graduation, or those in their final term who will be finishing their course in summer 2023, do not book this service, instead find out more about our graduate support including how to book graduate career one-to-ones (Please note, any booking made by graduates or soon to be graduates for this service will be cancelled, and you will be signposted to the Graduate Support team).
