In this interactive and experiential workshop you will learn about and explore a range of methods and strategies for finding job opportunities. This workshop will help you develop the skills needed to make your job search more effective. We will cover the basics such as using jobs boards and social media. We'll also cover more advanced perspectives, including making speculative connections to employers and managing information related to your search. We recommend you attend this workshop when preparing to look for jobs and creative opportunities in the UK.
There will be plenty of time for questions - further support and resources will be signposted throughout. What will you learn?

This workshop is well suited to all UAL students regardless of your year of study. Many students work part time and want to learn about job hunting from day one. Whether you’re just starting out with your job search or developing your skills from an experienced perspective, this workshop will be beneficial to attend.
