Persona (MA Culture, Criticism and Curation final project)


Coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the International Journal of Psychoanalysis, students from MA Culture, Criticism and Curation at Central Saint Martins present Persona at the Institute of Psychoanalysis. Inspired by Sigmund Freud’s concepts of identity and personality, and their continuing influence on our understanding of individual and social dynamics, the curators have organised an exhibition of international artists at the Institute of Psychoanalysis that explores and reflects different understandings of identity and self.  

Private View 
Monday 12 November, 6-9pm 
6.30pm: performance by Martina Camani 
7.00pm Screening of film Persona (Ingmar Bergman, 1966)
