Are you an international student or grad interested in finding work? Come to this 3-day in person programme created for you!

This programme is exclusively for UAL International students and graduates.

International Futures is an employability programme dedicated to UAL international students and recent graduates to support their global career readiness.

Through this 3-day programme there will be a series of workshops, lectures and one-to-one opportunities supporting you to get clear on CVs, Portfolios, networking and interview skills, plus a panel discussion demystifying visa processes.

Our panel guests will be:

Zainab Goriawala

An international student from India, currently working as the CSM College Officer at Arts SU. Zainab graduated in 2024 with a BA in Graphic Communication from CSM.

Since graduating, I have focused on supporting UAL students' professional development. I recently collaboratively hosted an International Students’ Career Forum, where four international UAL graduates from different disciplines and visa backgrounds shared their journeys into employment. I facilitated the Q&A session at the event, helping to open up dialogue around career pathways for international students.

Additionally, I was a speaker at CSM’s professional development event, Flourish, where I highlighted the importance of recognising transferable skills, especially those gained from non-design roles.
