Join Programme Director Jon Teckman to explore how the new Executive MBA for the Screen Industries will help develop the future leaders needed to meet the challenges and harness the opportunities facing the screen sector.

This online session will include a group discussion about the current issues facing the screen industries, followed by an overview of the course and Q&A.

Programme:

1.00-1.10pm: Welcome and introductions
1.10-1.40pm: Group discussion: What are the challenges facing the screen industries?
1.40-2.15pm: Overview of the Executive MBA for the Screen Industries, including an overview of the online learning platform and Q&A

Joining the online session

A stable internet connection (4G or broadband) is needed to join the session. Although the use of mobile device is possible, we advise using a laptop or desktop computer for a richer experience, ideally from a quiet location to enable better participation. Further details, including a link to join the session, will be sent to the participants in due course.

About Jon Teckman

Jon is a former Chief Executive of the British Film Institute (BFI) and has spent much of the past 25 years working in and around the creative industries. Prior to London College of Communication, Jon was a Senior Teaching Fellow at Surrey Business School, where he designed and delivered executive education programmes. Before joining Surrey, he worked at Ashridge Business School where he helped to design and deliver the country’s first ever blended Executive MBA specifically for the creative industries.
