Create Your Future is a programme of monthly group career coaching sessions aimed at all UAL students, grads, and alumni who are looking for support with employability and career development. Each session will focus on a different topic to support your progression with key insights, activities, and open space to discuss creative careers and ask questions.

Find out how to reduce anxiety and boost confidence in interviews, with practical tips and exercises to manage stress while developing your career.

This session is perfect for people who find interviewing stressful or anxiety-inducing, it’s also great for anyone who pitching for freelance work.
