This course is practice and theory based, it will introduce you to cinemagraphs by exploring trends, practices, equipment and software. By the end of the course you will know how to produce beautiful and alluring cinemagraphs.

Rob Johns is a photographer, filmmaker and tutor. He trained at the University of the Arts London where he gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Photojournalism followed by 4 years running a busy picture desk and working as a newspaper photographer.
In 1998, Rob established himself as an independent photographer and expanded his photography to include major high street brands through to national charities including Crisis, British Red Cross, MacMillan and Parkinson’s UK.
Rob returned to the University of the Arts in 2006 to teach Photojournalism and qualified as a teacher with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education in 2009. He has a creative style of teaching fueled by passion.
Rob continues to work as a photographer focussing mainly on the editorial market. For film, he focuses mainly on travel and documentaries.
