Tutor Description

Angela Wright began exploring how colour influences mood and behaviour in the 1970s. She studied psychoanalytical psychotherapy at Queen Mary's Hospital in Roehampton before studying the dynamics of colour in Carmel, California, where she began to identify links between patterns of colour and patterns of human behaviour. She used this to formulate the Colour Affects System, an academically sound and demonstrably effective system that enables colour psychology to be applied objectively. Angela's discoveries about how colour really works have been stringently tested in application to all aspects of corporate design, since 1985, including branding and marketing.

In order to fully participate in the practical exercises please bring the following materials/equipment to the first class:

  • Pen and paper

It is also recommended you read 'The Beginner's Guide To Colour Psychology', by Angela Wright.
