The workshop will start by focusing your company’s strategic vision and help answer the three most important question: Who are you? What do you want? How are you going to get there? As a group and as individuals, you will explore opportunities for development and growth specific to your market and product. The workshop will strive to give you the confidence, knowledge and tools to develop your ideas and take a new way of thinking back to your business. All students should be prepared to discuss and present their ideas openly in a structured class setting

At the end of this course you will have: cohesive brand values for your business, realistic objectives to work towards and a critical path for you to follow for the next 2 years.

Starting Your Own Fashion Label 1 You will need an actual brand concept or existing brand to benefit from the practical nature of this course. This is not a course for people only looking at exploring the idea of setting up a label
