Digital Design for 11 to 15 Year Olds Short Course

Course description

Explore the potential of digital design, through a series of fun and engaging projects. Learn how image can be manipulated across print and online platforms.

Using Adobe design packages (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) you will make use of illustration, pattern, image editing, animation and typography to learn a number of key principles related to the fields of illustration and graphic design.

We will help you to develop your ideas using digital formats, whether it be designing a series of posters, creating an animation or designing a logo. We'll encourage you to develop your ideas through brainstorming and visual research. Then take them into a digital format, using technology to realise the potential of your creative work.

Please note you will need an Adobe ID to participate on the course, for further details, please see the materials tab.
