Religion and Dress at Work Online Short Course

Course description

This research-based online short course will help organisations support religious dress codes in the workplace and respond more effectively to some of the challenges that may arise to foster effective workplace relations.

The training introduces new knowledge about the significance of religious and belief-based dress as a workplace factor that impacts on individuals and affects organisational culture, functionality, and reputation.

Who should attend this online short course?

This online short course is aimed at managers, HR professionals, and diversity practitioners (including employee network chairs) in the creative industries who are interested in how religion and belief, including non-belief, play a role in the workplace.

It is also an excellent fit for individuals new to the creative sector or who aspire to work in it, and want to learn more about how religion, belief, and worldview plays a role in inclusion and diversity.

Those who contribute to religious and community organisations and intercultural dialogue will find value on our exploration of how belief and worldview can contribute to creative practice.
