Vintage Millinery Workshop
During this course you will learn to make three different styles of ladies head wear from a selection of 20th century styles: 1920s cloche, 1940s turban and a 1950s headpiece.
The course will cover historical fashion and specialist millinery techniques such as blocking, stitching, trimmings and linings, in which you will be working with a variety of materials from wool felt, foundation materials and silk.

- Working with a variety of traditional millinery techniques
Level: All levels
Basic hand sewing is useful but not essential.
This course can follow on from the Millinery Workshop course.

Tina is a London based milliner specialising in vintage styles. She has been teaching for 15 years and has worked in TV & film, including 'Suffragette' and 'Taboo'.
