In order to provide you with student support, and for administration and CRM purposes we also store your information in the secure password-protected Language Centre database, which is hosted by UAL servers in the UK.
We may share aggregated data with selected third parties, without disclosing individual names or personally identifying information.
Personal data may also be shared with UK law enforcement if necessary for the prevention and detection of crime, apprehension of offenders or collection of taxes, or with other authorities in circumstances where there is a clear legal basis.
Personal data of students of English courses and English Plus courses will be shared with UAL Short Courses Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UAL which delivers these courses, if a student books English Plus courses through the Language Centre.
Students’ biographical information and course dates at the Language Centre are shared with UK Visas and Immigration in order to enable students to apply for a Tier 4 visa to study in the UK. We are legally required to share this information with UK Visas and Immigration. If a student is sponsored by the Language Centre under Tier 4 and their course is curtailed, we are also required to notify UK Visas and Immigration.
By enrolling on a course, you agree to the Language Centre retaining your personal data in accordance with the University of the Arts London’s data retention schedule in order to provide information and / or evidence of your immigration status, academic results and qualifications to you or your future employers or government departments including the UK Home Office.

We will use your course information and your enquiry and booking forms submitted and publicly available information about you (e.g. social media) or where you live (open internet) to limit the amount of contact we make with you and inform you only of what we think you will find relevant.
