Sally Woodward Awards
The Sally Woodward Awards of £750 each are available to 6 Home, EU or International students currently enrolled on the final year of the BA (Hons) Fashion course at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
To be eligible for The Sally Woodward Awards, students must be:
- Enrolled on the final-year of one of the full-time BA Fashion courses at Central Saint Martins, UAL commencing in October 2019
Sally had a passion for the arts from a very young age, her primary interest being in fashion design. In the late 1960s, Sally enrolled at the then St Martin’s, where she achieved a BA in Fashion and Textiles. She went on to have a broad-ranging fashion career, which embraced design, retailing and manufacturing. Sally also taught at both Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion.
The Sally Woodward Awards were created in Sally’s memory by her family and friends, with the purpose of offering financial assistance to BA (Hons) Fashion students during their final year degree shows.
The Award will be assessed on the basis of financial need and academic merit, and it is a contribution towards students’ final collections and related costs.
Applications for this scholarship must be made by filling in an online application form. More information is provided in the guidance notes:
