PCID Diploma in Professional Studies Bursary
To be eligible for the PCID Diploma in Professional Studies Bursary, students must be:
- Considered a Home student for tuition fee purposes AND
- Ordinarily resident in the UK(living in or predominantly tied to) the UK for most of the three years before your course is due to start) AND
- Have a family household income is below £42,875 and given Student Finance England (or equivalent) consent to share household income with the University with the understanding that the University will check this before proceeding with the scholarship application AND
- Progressing to DPS from BA Ceramic Design or BA Product and Industrial Design at CSM, in the academic year starting in September 2022
This PCID Diploma in Professional Studies Bursary is provided by the Product Ceramic and Industrial Design programme to encourage and support students progressing to DPS from BA Ceramic Design or BA Product and Industrial Design courses at Central Saint Martins.
The scholarship will be assessed on the basis of financial need and academic merit. It will provide a contribution towards tuition fees for the Diploma in Professional Studies year of the course.
Applications are welcome from those who are in financial hardship and those who will benefit from a Diploma in Professional Studies to realise their full potential.
Applications for this scholarship are now closed for the 2022-2023 academic year.
The bursary will provide a contribution towards maintenance for the DPS placement year.
Payment will be made via BACS in 3 termly instalments in the DPS year of the course.
