Ashley Family Foundation Scholarship
To be eligible for The Ashley Family Foundation Scholarship students must be:
- considered a Home or EU student for fee purposes
- accepted on the full-time MA Textile Design course at Chelsea College of Arts, UAL starting in October 2020.
The Ashley Family Foundation was established in 1986 by Sir Bernard Ashley (1926-2009) and his wife Laura Ashley (1925-1985), following the success of the Laura Ashley brand.
The Foundation supports postgraduate MA Textile Design students at Chelsea College of Arts, with the aim of enabling students to focus upon their studies and embrace the wider creative opportunities available to them as Chelsea students.
The scholarship will be assessed on the basis of financial need and academic merit and will be a contribution towards course tuition fees.
Applications are welcome from those who are in financial hardship and those who will benefit from postgraduate studies to realise their full potential.
Applications for this scholarship are now closed for 2020-21 academic year.
The scholarship will provide a contribution towards your tuition fees.
Tuition fees will be paid directly from the award into the University’s Tuition Fees account.
