Notice about maintenance works

It should be noted that throughout the academic year 2021-22, Unite Students (the owner and operator of Emily Bowes Court) will be carrying out significant external maintenance works to replace the current façade on the building. Please rest assured, the building has been certified as safe for occupation by industry experts.

Works will take place on site from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. It will be done in phases to minimise any inconvenience to residents. There is, however, likely to be some disruption from noise and dust when contractors are working on the section of the building in which you live. Scaffolding will also be put up around the building which may mean some rooms have less light than normal. You will be able to open windows and you can have one way film installed to protect your privacy.

Emily Bowes Court is a short tube ride away from Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion.

The accommodation boasts great outdoor space, with large-scale games, outdoor gardening space, a large communal television room and study areas.

Emily Bowes Court is next door to a gym, and is a 2-minute walk from Tottenham Hale Underground and rail stations, which provide easy access into central London.
