Part-Time Job Fair

University of the Arts London's (UAL) annual Part-Time Job Fair helps employers find flexible part-time, seasonal and freelance staff.

The Part-Time Job Fair is a great opportunity for employers to meet UAL’s creative, motivated and talented students and graduates, and promote their brand and vacancies across our 6 renowned Colleges.

UAL has over 20,000 creative students on the cutting edge of cultural life in London. They are studying art, design, fashion, communications, media and performance subjects and are seeking a variety of flexible work whilst they study or alongside their creative practice.

The last fair in October attracted over 1,500 attendees.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship provides an excellent opportunity for you to raise your profile amongst all UAL students and graduates, not just those who attend on the day!

The GOLD sponsorship package is £650 + VAT and includes:

  • A 7ft stand in a prime location of your choice
  • Refreshments available for 4 representatives throughout the day
  • Your logo printed on our event posters and over 10,000 flyers*
  • 2 FREE enhanced job posting on Creative Opportunities job board (usually £180 each)
  • A dedicated student assistant to help you at the event
  • Free WIFI internet access for laptops and handheld devices (tablets etc)
  • Social Media promotion via Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Employer listing in Job Fair digital guide

The SILVER sponsorship package is £350 + VAT and includes:

  • A 7ft stand in a prime location
  • Refreshments available for 3 representatives throughout the day
  • Your logo printed on over 10,000 promotional flyers*
  • A FREE enhanced job posting on Creative Opportunities job board (usually £180)
  • Student to support you setting up and taking down your stand materials
  • Free WIFI internet access for laptops and handheld devices (tablets etc)
  • Social Media promotion via Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Employer listing in Job Fair digital guide

Hand out flyers £100 + VAT

  • No stand space provided
  • Located at one of the four corners of the event
  • Refreshments throughout the day for 2 representatives
  • Logo printed onto 10,000 promotion flyers*
  • Free WIFI internet access for laptops and handheld devices (tablets etc)
  • Employer listing in Job Fair digital guide

Job Fair listing only
£25 +VAT

If you can’t attend the Job Fair but want your details to be shared with students so that they know about your vacancies, you can pay to have a listing only.

Offer CV advice- £50 discount

If someone from your company with experience of recruiting is able to offer CV advice to attendees for 2 hours during the Fair, we can give you a £50 discount off of your stand costs or if you didn’t want a stand can offer you a free listing.
