We have created a COVID-19 Community Pledge - recognising the vital role we all play in keeping each other safe. We ask that all staff and students are familiar with and adhere to the pledge.

Find out more about the measures introduced to help keep you safe and support your learning.

Our COVID-19 Community Pledge

We understand that:

  • the university has measures in place to keep us safe
  • we need to follow university and UK government guidance
  • we take personal responsibility for our actions
  • we have a social responsibility for our community
  • our pledge applies at home, at college, at work, out and about
  • we can all help stop the spread of the virus at UAL

Wherever we are, we will protect ourselves and others by:

  • washing our hands frequently
  • using sanitising resources
  • observing social distancing measures
  • wearing face-coverings if we are able to do so
  • only coming on site when we are scheduled
  • always displaying our UAL ID card
  • staying at home if we have symptoms
  • getting tested if we think we have COVID-19
  • reporting if we test positive for the virus
