In line with a request from the government, UAL has agreed to set up a temporary centre for asymptomatic COVID-19 testing. This will be open to all UAL students, 30 November – 5 December.

The testing programme will aid our efforts to protect our community, prevent the spread of the virus and help students to travel safely in time for the Christmas break.

The programme is for people with no symptoms. You should take 2 ‘lateral flow tests 3 days apart. The tests are self-administered and the results will be available in a few minutes. If anyone tests positive, they will need to self-isolate and contact the NHS for a full COVID-19 test.

The test centre will be open on the following days:

  • Monday 30 November
  • Tuesday 1 December
  • Wednesday 2 December
  • Thursday 3 December
  • Friday 4 December
  • Saturday 5 December

Full details, including how to book for tests will be sent to students shortly.
