[un] Folding Fashion Spaces: Mediatization of Fashion Practices, Materiality and Place

This practice based PhD will concentrate specifically on the analysis of fashion in relation to space and will consider how fashion is mediated through its spatial construct.
The spatial constructs of fashion enable, alter or enhance the characteristics of the fashioned object through the spatial environment.
Consequentially, this determines space to be an integral component of the communication dialogue as it influences the visibility and visual outcomes of fashion and establishes a fashion identity.
