Sim Scavazza has worked for some of the most successful retailers in the UK, including River Island, Next and French Connection.
An expert on womenswear buying and merchandising, Sim has also worked on menswear and childrenswear. In 2003 she became the brand director of the retailer Miss Selfridge, repositioning the brand. Two years later, the trade magazine Drapers voted her one of the UK’s most influential people in fashion retail. As a brand and fashion consultant, Sim has worked with Asda and La Senza.
As Creative Director of the online ethical lifestyle retailer Adili.com, she significantly improved gross margins. She has worked with the Women of Achievement Ambassadors Programme, which brings together students and women in business, and is Chair of Mentor UK.
