UAL Awarding Body hosts an annual programme of free events to support centres approved to deliver our qualifications.
These events are designed to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to run our qualifications successfully. All events are free to attend for those delivering UAL Awarding Body qualifications.
The UAL Awarding Body Annual Conference 2018 took place on Friday 2 February at Shoreditch Town Hall, London.
Over 400 people attended to hear about sector developments, outstanding practice and from key voices in the creative industries. The day also included subject specific updates and plenty of opportunities to network with those working in other disciplines and institutions.
The conference will return again in 2019, so keep an eye out for the date and details on how to attend closer to the time.
Standardisation events allow centres to discuss and agree the national standards for Pass, Merit and Distinction grades across qualifications. Attendees are invited to look at previously graded, internally verified and externally moderated work from a centre.
