Undergraduate Application Process
Choosing what to study, where to study, and even whether to study at university can be a difficult decision. We want you to make the most of your opportunities to find out about London College of Communication (LCC), our subjects and our courses so that you can make the right decision.
At LCC we aim to simplify your application process and make sure that you can make the most of any time you spend at the College.
Changes to our application process
We have changed our application process and as a result, we do not interview Home/EU applicants applying to undergraduate courses for 2019 entry.
Our academics are experts in their field who can confidently identify the best students for their courses based on applications. We consider your qualifications, personal statement and portfolio (if relevant) to see if you’re suited for your selected course at LCC.
Our application process means we can really focus on offering you great opportunities to visit the College both before and during the application process. Visiting the College will also give you the chance to explore the local area. We know that studying in London can be expensive, but we also know that being based in central London is essential to the LCC experience.
Find out what we can offer you: the location; the accommodation; the culture; the diverse community; the connections that all come with studying in one of the most dynamic creative capitals of the world.
So how does it work?
Choose your course
View our Undergraduate courses. You’ll find a wealth of information on these web pages to help you choose your ideal course.
We also encourage you to visit one of our Open Days to experience LCC’s unique atmosphere. Held throughout the year, Open Days are your opportunity to meet tutors and current students, see our facilities and learn more about your course of interest before you apply.
If you can’t make one of our Open Days, we also offer LCC Facilities Tours every Friday during term time.
Apply by the recommended UCAS deadline of 15 January 2019
We strongly encourage you to do this as soon as possible. We make offers from Autumn 2018 onwards so that we can come back to you promptly with a decision.
Experience an Offer Holder Day
Once you’ve been made an offer, we’ll invite you to one of our Offer Holder Days which will start from the end of January 2019. You’ll get to meet your future course tutors and classmates, take part in an interactive course session, see our technical and social spaces and get all the advice you need to help you make the right decision.
Stay in touch
Throughout your application process, we will keep in touch with you so that you can stay up to date with stories at the College and get the answers to any questions you have from both our staff and our current students.
