We are very proud of Alex Wood, a Chelsea MA Fine Art 2013 alumnus and CCW resident artist who last year won the Patrick and Kelly Lynch Scholarship, sold all his pieces in the MA Show, and has exhibited a number of times since. Alex who is also now exhibiting ‘Time Flies’ pictured above in the Tension show at The Kaleidoscope gallery in Sevenoaks is joined by Claire Manning another recent alumni of Chelsea MA Fine art in the exciting up and coming show entitled ‘Tension’.
Alex will be exhibiting his ‘Time flies’ sculpture in the show. The work combines a scale model card kit Big Ben and a paper Zeppelin, based on the British R34 Zeppelin and a story about the R101 flying over Fleet Street, directly above the Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese Pub.
