Last month (24 October) saw the Barclays LGBT employee network host a fundraiser in aid of the Ben Cohen Standup Foundation charity. The event was at the Corinthia hotel and guest-hosted by John Inverdale who did a Q and A with Ben, Marc Woods (GB swimmer and winner of 12 Paralympic medals from 5 games) and Anne Panter (GB women’s hockey Olympic bronze medallist). There was also an opportunity to quiz Ben and his Strictly Come Dancing partner Kristina.
The evening saw a number of items auctioned, one of which was a screen print donated by Camberwell College of Arts MA Printmaking alumnus Jody Little. The print (pictured above) managed to raise £2000 – which went towards a massive £82,000 total raised on the night!
