It gives us great pleasure to introduce you to the UAL Pan India Alumni Association.
The UAL Pan India Alumni Association is led by a committee made up of cross college alumni representatives. The Committee will develop an annual programme of events and activities across the country for you. These may include social events, talks, exhibitions and gallery tours as well as gatherings to help develop your professional networks.

Meet the Committee
Karishma Shahani Khan (London College of Fashion, 2010)
President - Pan-India & West India
Karishma founded Ka-Sha a fashion centric textile and lifestyle label in 2012 and Heart To Haat, a zero-waste policy based recycled produce label in 2013. The labels are a division of Change By Design LLP, a Design based company of which Khan is a Partner.
With ideas of sustainability, promotion of Indian crafts and hand-crafted produce at its core, Karishma believes in story-telling through products hinged on modern functionality, made with love from India. Karishma conducts workshops through her association with fashion institutes and not-for-profit organisations that focus on ideas of employment, empowerment and skills training.
A recipient of various design related honours, Karishma also showcases her labels seasonal collections at Lakme Fashion Week besides others.
Bhargavi Sivakumar (London College of Communication, 2010)
President - South India
A mobile and web interface enthusiast, Bhargavi works for Khosla Labs as their Creative Director and Senior Design Strategist. She helps the incubator with new business ideation, devising innovation strategy and establishing design guidelines, tailored to the new product/ business being built.
She enjoys designing intuitive and agile user interfaces that resolve challenges within the realm of technology.
Megha Garg (Central Saint Martins, 2011)
President - East India
Before joining CSM, Megha completed her Bachelors in Design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology. In 2011 she stepped into the Indian fashion industry as a freelance designer before successfully launching her label Megha Garg in 2012 as Gen Next Designer in Lakmé Fashion Week.
Megha returned in 2013 to showcase her S/S 13 collection ‘Krishna’ as Talent Box designer and in 2014 she was invited back to show her A/W 14 collection ‘Warrior Soul’ as an emerging designer
Megha is currently the Partner and the Creative Head of ‘Megha Garg Clothing’ which is sold in eight stores across India. The brand focuses on niche yet comfortable western occasion wear for modern times. The USP is the strong hold of colours in draped panels and pocket sequins in gowns and dresses.
Shruti Singh (London College of Fashion, 2010)
President - North India
Shruti Singh graduated from National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi (2005-2009) moving to London to complete her MA. After working with Reliance Brands as management trainee for operations and corporate social responsibility for Timberland brand, she went on to establish a board games development company Creative Disorder in 2012.
She also works as a creative consultant for several start-ups and Delhi based NGOs focused on gender related issues. Shruti also organized Delhi Rising (part of the global movement 'One Billion Rising') in 2013 & 2014 and used creative mediums such as music, dance, theatre and art to raise awareness about gender inequality and call for action to stop violence on women.
