People Strategy 2016-2022
A key component of our Medium Term Strategy, the People Strategy helps ensure that all University of the Arts London colleagues are motivated and able to deliver our corporate priorities and objectives. This strategy will help UAL remain responsive to changing markets, student expectations and external influences.
Library and Student Support Services Strategy 2016-2022
This strategy recognises changes in higher education, along with the rapid developments in technology and scholarly publishing that impact all academic libraries. Equality and Diversity Framework
The Equality and Diversity Framework consists of the Equal Opportunities Policy, nine equality schemes covering the protected characteristics set out under the Equality Act and the UAL Equality and Diversity Strategy 2010–2015.
The University Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) Objectives represent our seven priority objectives for action in 2012-15.
Information Strategy
Students and Staff need to be provided with a secure and safe environment in which to work and learn. This strategy sets out to provide the University with an IT strategy that not only looks to stabilise the digital infrastructure but to provide a vision of a UAL digital presence that supports Learning & Teaching, Research, Innovation, Business and the Student Experience. This is a deliberate and major change in the way in which digital needs to be fully embedded in all aspects of the University.
Finance Strategy
The aim of the Finance Strategy is to underpin our academic mission by ensuring the economic viability of the University and each of its Colleges.
