Important Notice: iTrent Temporary Service Interruption for Software Upgrade 4 – 12 March 2014

In preparation for the new tax year and major changes to the LGPS (Local Government Pension Scheme), we will be taking iTrent  offline from Tuesday 4 March 2014 – Wednesday 12 March 2014 for a major software upgrade. This includes Employee Self Service & Manager Self Service. We apologise for the short notice and thank you for your patience while we carry out this urgent upgrade and maintenance work.

Useful Information

Employee Self Service Users (ESS):

If you would like to book onto a course between Wednesday 5 March and Tuesday 11 March, please email odl-bookings@arts.ac.uk
If you are planning to take leave between Wednesday 5 March and Tuesday 11 March and would like this reflected on ESS, please ask your manager to email trent.admin@arts.ac.uk and we will update iTrent on your behalf during the period ESS is unavailable.

Manager Self Service Users:

If you require retrieval of information that you have previously entered on Manager Self Service please contact your HR officer.

Full access to both ESS and MiPeople will be restored on Wednesday 12 March 2014.
