Most UAL courses are eligible to receive US Direct loans, however there are some courses that do not qualify for this funding.
Courses ineligible for US Direct loans:
- All graduate certificates
- All postgraduate certificates
- International: Level 3: Introduction to Study in Design and Media Communication (LCC)
- International: Level 3: Introduction to the Study of Fashion (LCF)
- All Short Courses
- All online/distance learning studies
- MBA programmes
- Study Abroad courses*
Courses ineligible for US private loans:
- Short Courses
- Study Abroad courses*
*Study Abroad means that a student is studying at UAL as a part of their course at another university. They cannot obtain US federal or private loans through UAL, but should be able to apply for their loans through their home university.
