This course is suitable for anyone who wants to start to understand how clothes are put together, as it will introduce you to sewing and making a garment from a pattern. Working at your own pace, with a basic skirt pattern, you will learn how to interpret a pattern, cut out the fabric and sew your skirt together. With the guidance of the tutor you’ll work your way through the whole process, altering the skirt as necessary to ensure a good fit.
