Registration & Gown Hire
If you have registered for graduation and successfully completed your course, your ticket allocations will be sent to you approximately one week before your ceremony. You will also receive information about what happens on the day, what time to arrive and what to wear. Information for your guests will also be included.
This information will be sent by email to the email address you nominated when you registered. Please check your junk mail if you haven’t received your information one week before graduation.
We hope you have successfully completed your course but if not we will invite you to attend next year (assuming you pass your course). If you have purchased tickets for this year’s graduation ceremony, your ticket costs will be refunded to you in August (you do not need to contact us as we know which students need to have their tickets refunded).
Don’t forget to order your robe or you will not be able to cross the stage. Visit the Ede and Ravenscroft website for gown hire.

Note - When selecting your institution on the Ede & Ravenscroft website, please enter “University of the Arts London” rather than your College (i.e. Central Saint Martins) and use the drop-down menu to select.
